With over 15 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition leadership, and career coaching, Keenan has supported hundreds of job seekers and hiring leaders through the challenges of career change and workforce strategy. But his drive to launch OPNX didn’t come from credentials alone, it came from personal experience. After walking through career setbacks of his own and feeling the weight of a prolonged job search, Keenan knows what it’s like to feel stuck, unseen, and unsure of the next move. He’s been on the receiving end of outplacement services that promised guidance but offered only recycled templates and vague encouragement—offering answers without substance.
